Can’t Stop Me Dancing - Edit
This is my third production and the second in the "Music is Life" series which celebrates the fact that music is an essential part of being human and has a profound effect on our mood; our relationships and our mental health.

We all have a fundamental right to dance. It is great for our wellbeing and mental health. It helps us let go of stress and builds connections with others. It is a wonderful part of being human.
However, some people in the world are not allowed to exercise this right to dance due to conflict, cultural differences or even the law.
"Can't stop me dancing" is a track that celebrates our right to dance and the fact that "Dem" ,whoever dem might be, can't stop us dancing.

I actually wrote some spoken word for the track which i didn't end up including:
Imagine a gig where you have to sit still
Clappin’ and swayin’ but not allowed to move
Feelin’ the bass all you wanna do is groove
But breakin’ the law you will get you removed
One thing I know to be fundamentally true
We all have a right to get up and move
Dancing and prancing and letting it go
They can’t stop me dancing with you
