This performance offers a unique opportunity to add value to your organisation as a wellbeing event.

The experience includes:

  • A live and interactive wellbeing check-in

  • The power of music on the mind and mood

  • Live layering of the beats to demonstrate what building wellbeing habits is like

  • Music as a metaphor; distorting music to show what different common mental health challenges feel like

  • Interactive exercise to build your own wellbeing playlist to help you boost your mood

  • This was our best attended mental health event and it was wonderful to see some many new faces in the audience

Sian Briddon, Co-Chair, Nationwide Building Society, Minds Matter Network

  • Through some deft DJ-ing skills, Rob provided an insight into how people might experience mental health conditions, such as anxiety, depression and hypomania, which can often be hard to put into words. I could certainly identify with my experience of depression and anxiety here.
