It feels so quiet when you’re gone

The space between two long heartbeats

Strange place, feeling strong but unseen

Unlike before, I want so much more

Curious thoughts leaving me unsure

Of where I’m at and what I believe

I’m ok but I need you to breathe

If love is the answer, come home

I’m taking the space and holding on

I don’t want to be strong and alone
